On 18 February 2016, a Lecture on Eating \u2013 Food, Culture and the Future will be held by co-organisation with Research Faculty of Agriculture, Hokkaido University<\/a>. The programme can be referred to on the flier<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This lecture and workshop will be conducted by Dr Jean-Robert Pitte, Specially-Appointed Prof and Hokkaido University Distinguished Prof at Global Station for Food, Land and Water Resources (GSF)<\/a>, GI-CoRE, and ex-president of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Sorbonne, Paris IV<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It welcomes many audiences who are interested in a day to consider the future of Hokkaido, Japan and the world through food culture.<\/p>\n
