A seminar by Prof. Robert Kozma from College of Information and Computer Sciences, University of Massachusetts Amherst & Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Memphis will be held on Thursday, June 22 at Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, Hokkaido University. Dr. Kozma is currently President of International Neural Network Society (INNS Presidential Welcome), and visiting Hokkaido University to participate in the 14th International Symposium on Neural Networks.
