このイベントはGI-CoRE食水土資源グローバルステーション（GSF）の特任教授であり、北海道大学ディスティングイッシュト・プロフェッサーである、パリ第4大学ソルボンヌ前学長ジャン・ロベール・ピット氏を講師に迎えて開催するものです。

On 18 February 2016, a Lecture on Eating – Food, Culture and the Future will be held by co-organisation with Research Faculty of Agriculture, Hokkaido University. The programme can be referred to on the flier.
This lecture and workshop will be conducted by Dr Jean-Robert Pitte, Specially-Appointed Prof and Hokkaido University Distinguished Prof at Global Station for Food, Land and Water Resources (GSF), GI-CoRE, and ex-president of Université Paris-Sorbonne, Paris IV.
It welcomes many audiences who are interested in a day to consider the future of Hokkaido, Japan and the world through food culture.
